  John Edmondson, President & Founder

John is an entrepreneur, consultant and seasoned executive with over 30 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Training and Development. John has enjoyed the privilege of working with industry leaders in manufacturing, hospitality, chemical and retail operations. He has served on the boards of several public and private companies in various roles, most notably on the compensation and audit committees.

John has led groups in creating compensation programs, marketing plans and sales team development. He has extensive experience in turn key business operations and has developed successful sales training programs for organizations across many sectors.

John has extensive public speaking experience and is a frequent speaker at various industry and technology symposiums across Canada.

John has led numerous political and charitable fundraising events. He is currently a Director of The Residences for Independent Living Society - a society that operates two residential properties for physically challenged adults.

 
   
  Jim Fish - Vice President

An experienced technology executive, Jim brings to JTe a pragmatic view on team motivation and performance. His entrepreneurial approach, public company governance experience and technical sales background have been invaluable in helping our clients build and manage profitable operations.

Honed from working in and with, large organizations, small companies and start-up enterprises, Jim's skills and experience bring a unique perspective to JTe clients looking to build and motivate top performing teams.

 
     
  Garry Leitch - Director of Business Development, English Canada

Garry is an accomplished business man with 15+ years in training and course development. He specializes in training delivery, designing and writing courses, leading teams of trainers, setting up corporate training schools and directing enterprise initiatives. Garry has worked with many organizations to set up and deliver professional development initiatives that have shown significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering turnover and maintaining a positive work environment.

Garry is a dynamic leader, strategic thinker and decision-maker.
His expertise includes:

  Teresa Roussel - Strategic Partner, Quebec Region

A veteran in the training industry, Teresa Roussel has more than twenty-five years of sales, sales management, training and executive level experience. Prior to the creation of Executive Focus Canada, Teresa was the Managing Director, AchieveGlobal Canada and Vice President of AchieveGlobal Inc.. As such, she was responsible for all aspects of the Canadian subsidiary of AchieveGlobal, the world's largest non-technical skills training company. The Canadian subsidiary represented AchieveGlobals's largest revenue-generating arm outside the U.S. AchieveGlobal was created upon the merger of Learning International, Zenger Miller and Kaset International. Teresa was responsible for the successful and speedy merger of these three industry leaders within Canada.

Before joining AchieveGlobal, as a Holden Consultant, she was responsible for business development and customer support within the North American market. She also developed and implemented Performance Management systems and assisted her clients in the Strategic Analysis of their major sales campaigns. Teresa has provided consulting and training services to many levels within the corporate world; from the senior executive to front-line sales manager; from sales representatives to technical sales team members and customer service agents.

As a facilitator, she is highly energetic, articulate and engaging. Her business acumen and strategic thinking are only enhanced by her ability to engage her audience and create a highly interactive learning environment that facilitates the acquisition and application of skills.

Teresa is tri-lingual (English/French/Italian). She resides in Montreal, Canada and is an alumnus of McGill University.

 
  Dan Topf - Facilitation Director

Dan Topf is a Certified Performance Technologist with 18+ years experience in program facilitation, instructional design and human resources consulting. He's a certified facilitator for all the CELEMI learning programs, and is master certified for Tango, Decision Base, Apples & Oranges, Livon and Cayenne. He's facilitated over 120 Tango programs alone.

Most of his clients use simulation learning tools into their strategic learning programs. Dan has integrated simulations into executive development, management training, project manager training, customer service initiatives, and cash flow programs. Dan holds a BA and MA degrees, and has served on the faculty of the Drake University School of Education in Des Moines, Iowa USA. He has also served as assistant director of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Iowa, a Top 30 business school. Dan's actively involved (serving on international committees) in the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development.

 
  Carla Johnston, VP Marketing

A Communications Specialist, Carla has worked on several integrated marketing and public relations projects for small businesses and early-stage high-tech startups. Companies she has worked for include GT Group Telecom, The Electric Mail Company and Sxip Networks. Carla has also played a key role in the operational launch or re-launch of these companies.

Carla has served as a marketing volunteer for municipal boards of trade and the Canadian Diabetes Association, and is involved in fundraising efforts for a variety of organizations including the Rick Hansen Man In Motion Foundation and the BC Cancer Agency's Weekend to End Breast Cancer.

 
  Jeannette Gallant - Newsletter Editor & Workshop Coordinator

Jeannette comes from a varied business background and has been associated with John Edmondson in past ventures. Her business experience covers a wide range of industries. Success in hospitality management led to a 5 year career as a Training Supervisor and store opening coordinator for Boston Pizza International. The high profile opening in Hong Kong was one of the last projects she completed with them. She then moved into programming and installation of hospitality computer Point of Sale Systems for a brand leader in North America and became their customer service manager and training coordinator.

Jeannette is now involved in producing and production managing TV Commercials for international clients and manages budgets ranging from 35,000 to 1.5 million. Jeannette has been doing contract work for JTe Management for over 4 years and continues to assist John on a variety of projects.
